After placing order Product will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days. In case if customisation or badges are added it can take upto 3-4 more days to process it. Badges and shorts are additional items if not available their amount can be claimed by customer.
Did the size not fit you correctly? Please do not worry. An exchange request can be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange and return is not applicable if the order was made during a clearance sale or a discount coupon was used during checkout, also if any customisation or badges are added product will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
If there is any manufacturing defect in the delivered product , kindly write us an email on outhouseathleisure@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the below criteria:
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers if any.
- Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
